Android Versions of AcuSketch, Embroidery-Link, ScreenSaverTool and dotCustomizer Apps Back Online on Google Play.
The Android Versions of AcuSketch, Embroidery-Link, ScreenSaverTool and dotCustomizer Apps are once again fully operational and available for download and use on Google Play following a technical glitch that impacted availability.
The issue was identified and swiftly addressed in collaboration with Google Play. During this time, some users may have experienced difficulty accessing or downloading the Android Versions of AcuSketch, Embroidery-Link, ScreenSaverTool and dotCustomizer.
We appreciate our users’ patience and understanding while our technical teams were working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The following apps are temporarily unavailable on Google Play.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to our users and assure you that we are working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The temporary unavailability is due to a technical glitch we’re experiencing with Google Play. Our team is actively working with Google Play to identify and resolve the root cause and ensure that the Android Versions of AcuSketch, Embroidery-Link, ScreenSaverTool and dotCustomizer Apps return to the store promptly.
What this means for our users
For those who have already downloaded the App(s), all features and services remain fully functional. However, new downloads or updates of the Android Versions may be temporarily inaccessible until the issue is resolved.
