Why Can’t I Log In to the Members’ Area?
If you’re unable to log in to the Members’ Area, it’s likely because your software license has not been registered.
To resolve this, please refer to the “How can I register my license?“ topic in the Knowledge Base and follow the provided instructions. Once your license is registered, you’ll be able to access the Members’ Area.
After registration, you can log in to the Members’ Area by using either the serial number of your software key or your USB key.
