Your Order

  • Place your order with our secure online shopping cart (PAYPAL) using VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
  • PLEASE NOTE:  International Customers will be charged the appropriate shipping/handling charge (see below).
  • Specify any unique ordering or shipping requests under "Special Instructions" in the shopping card. 
  • Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours via email. 
  • If you have a "spam-guard" from Earthlink or an AOL block on your email, confirmation of your order and shipment information will bounce back and you will not receive correspondence regarding your order.

Orders from specific countries

In the following countries there is a local distributor. Every order from any of the following countries will be forwarded to the local distributor who will come in contact with you directly. You will arrange with them the payment and shipment of the software. For any help you can come in contact with us or any of our distributors.

Shipping & Handling

  • Orders ship within 48 hours of receipt. We operate Monday through Friday.
  • Our partner Wings Systems Ltd will handle the fulfillment service for your order.
  • If there is any delay in shipping, we will contact you.
  • All Customers -----> $15.00 Shipping/Handling via UPS.

USB Key Policy

Each USB key has a one year guarantee. 

  • If a key is found to be defective within one year of purchase, we will replace the key at no charge. Contact us at contact@drawstitch.com to arrange the return of the defective key with your receipt.
  • If a key becomes defective after one year of purchase, the user may purchase a replacement key plus shipping costs.  Contact us at  contact@drawstitch.com to arrange the return of the defective key with a copy of your receipt.
  • If a key is lost, the user must buy new software.
  • If the user breaks, burns or damages the key, we will replace the key for a fee plus shipping costs. Contact us at contact@drawstitch.com to arrange the return of the damaged key with a copy of your receipt.
